How the process works

Simple booking, clear expectations

Repairs are arranged directly so the appointment time, part availability and price are confirmed before you arrive.

Send an SMS

Include your phone model, the issue and photos of the damage where possible.

Confirm the part

Common iPhone front screens are often in stock. Other parts and phone models may need to be ordered.

Agree on a time

We are available seven days a week, with the repair time agreed between both individuals.

Complete the repair

Once the part and appointment are confirmed, your repair is completed at the agreed time.

Ordered parts require a non-refundable deposit

Parts that are not currently available generally take about two business days to arrive. A non-refundable deposit is required before the part is ordered. Delivery timing can vary depending on supplier availability.
